Vitamin C (PureWay-C®) is a buffered vitamin C complex with additional OPC from grape seed extract and quercetin. Buffered vitamin C is ideal for sensitive people as it has an almost neutral pH value and is therefore gentle on the stomach.
- Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) contributes to the support of a normal immune system1 during and after intense physical activity.
- Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) contributes to normal energy metabolism.
- Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) helps protect cells from oxidative stress by contributing to the regeneration of the reduced form of vitamin E.
- Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth.
Recommended dosage:
3 capsules once daily, or 1 capsule each morning, noon and evening. It is best to take it at least 15 minutes before a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water.
