The recommended dose is:
- for young people from the age of 16 with a body weight of more than 50 kg
- for adults with a body weight of more than 50 kg daily 1 to 2 soft capsules (equivalent to 268 to 536 mg RRR-alpha-tocopherol).
Type of application:
Please take the soft capsules whole with sufficient liquid (preferably a glass of drinking water [200ml]).

Active ingredients: The active ingredient is: RRR-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E).
1 soft capsule contains: 268.4 mg RRR-alpha-tocopherol
The other ingredients are: gelatin, glycerol, sorbitol solution 70% (non-crystallizing)(Ph.Eur.), purified water and soybean oil (Ph.Eur.).

With high-dose natural vitamin E (400 IU per capsule)
Vitamin E, also known as tocopherol, occurs naturally mainly in grain sprouts and in vegetable oils. Leafy greens (lettuce, spinach, cabbage, leeks) and animal organs (liver, kidneys) also contain varying amounts of this vitamin. For the body, it is an important vital substance that, like the other vitamins, should not be missing from food. However, modern eating habits (e.g. unbalanced diet), the cooking process, the denaturing of food (production of white flour, refining of vegetable oils) and other disturbing factors (vitamin E is used up by oxygen, for example) can lead to the organism is not sufficiently supplied with this vital substance.
Vitamin E forte 268 mg capsules contain natural vitamin E in high doses. This means that each capsule contains 400 IU or 268.4 mg of vitamin E, an amount that is sufficient to cover the daily requirement or to prevent a deficiency of this important vitamin.
Active ingredients
1 soft capsule contains: 380-420 mg vegetable oil distillate, with the active ingredient: 268.4 mg RRR-alpha-tocopherol corresponding to 400 IU vitamin E. Contains soybean oil and sorbitol.
Excipients
Gelatin, glycerol, sorbitol solution 70% (non-crystallizing) (Ph.Eur.), purified water and soybean oil (Ph.Eur.).
Dosage instructions, method and duration of administration
