How to take Vitamin E 600 N?

Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
Adults take 1 soft capsule daily (equivalent to 400 mg RRR-alpha-tocopherol). Please take the soft capsules whole with enough liquid (preferably a glass of drinking water). The duration of intake depends on the course of the underlying disease.

What Vitamin E 600 N contains:
The active substance is RRR-alpha-tocopherol. A soft capsule contains 400 mg RRR-alpha-tocopherol in 541.93-608.29 mg distillate from vegetable oil (equivalent to 400 mg RRR-alpha-tocopherol).
Note:
RRR-alpha-tocopherol is one of the substances collectively referred to as "vitamin E".

refined soybean oil , gelatin (bovine) , glycerol 85%, sorbitol solution 70% non-crystallizing), purified water
