For our calcium preparation, we have chosen organically bound tri-calcium citrate. It is absorbed much more easily and better than inorganic calcium carbonate and is generally much better tolerated. Since no stomach acid is required to break down calcium citrate, people who take acid blockers or have absorption problems can also get enough calcium.
WOSCHA Calcium Citrate capsules contain only the pure substance without any additives. Since the capsule shell is made of cellulose, the preparation is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
