Biotin is an important vitamin in the B complex. It is considered a beauty vitamin because it influences our external appearance (skin, hair). Biotin was therefore previously known as vitamin H. Unfortunately, there is very little biotin in food. The main sources are milk, liver, soybeans and grains such as wheat and barley.
