Use this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you or as indicated in the leaflet. Do not use a larger dose or use the medicine more often or for a longer period than recommended in this leaflet. Recommended dose for adults and the elderly: The usual dose is two sprays into each nostril once daily. Once symptoms are controlled, reduce the dose to one spray into each nostril once daily. Do not exceed the recommended doses. Some people may experience relief within 12 hours of taking the first dose, but the full benefit of treatment may occur after the first two days of treatment. If there is no improvement within 14 days of treatment, consult your doctor. Do not use for longer than 3 months without consulting your doctor. Not to be used by children and adolescents under 18 years of age. How to use: remove the cap from the bottle, shake the bottle before use (before first use, press the pump 10 times until a uniform mist is sprayed, if the spray has not been used for 14 days or more, before next use, press the pump 2 times until a uniform mist is obtained), gently blow your nose, place your index and middle fingers on both sides of the pump and your thumb under the bottom of the bottle, plug one nostril and insert the tip of the dispenser into the other nostril, tilt your head slightly forward, holding the bottle vertically upwards (it is important to hold the bottle vertically, improper spraying can damage the nasal septum). Gently start a slow inhale through the nose, during which you should spray the nasal spray, pressing down once with your fingers, then exhale through your mouth. Then apply the second dose. Repeat with the other nostril. After using the spray, carefully wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue or cloth and replace the cap. The nozzle and cap should be washed regularly with warm water and left to dry. Never pierce the nasal spray nozzle.
