Aspergillus niger, NIGERSAN D 5 ampoules Application:
Inject 1 ampoule of 1.0 ml either im, sc, ic or iv twice a week. After opening, discard any unused portion. Nigersan® D5 should be discontinued after a maximum of 4 weeks of therapy.
Side effects:
Due to the content of specific organic components in Nigersan® D5, hypersensitivity reactions, mainly in the form of skin reactions, can occur in rare cases and an allergy to the component Aspergillus niger can be triggered. The drug should then be discontinued and a doctor consulted.
Contraindications:
Do not use with:
• Known hypersensitivity to mold (Aspergillus niger)
• Autoimmune diseases
• Children under the age of 12
• Pregnant and breastfeeding women
Interactions:
Drugs with an immunosuppressive effect can impair the effectiveness of Nigersan® D5. An interval of 4 weeks should be observed before and after treatment with orally administered live vaccines.
