The MGDRx EyeBag is a re-usable warm compress filled with flax (linseed) and used to treat dry eye, blepharitis, chalazion and meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD).

The EyeBag is a silk and cotton device which is natural, convenient and easy to use. It can be re-heated up to 200 times in a microwave by simply heating for 30 or 40 seconds on full power and will stay warm for up to 10 minutes.

Directions

  1. Remove EyeBag from its outer box
  2. Place on a clean, microwaveable plate (do not use the metal griddle supplied with some microwaves)
  3. Place in microwave and heat on full power for 30 seconds (above 750w) or 40 seconds (750w and below)
  4. Ensure EyeBag is comfortably warm (not too hot) before placing it over closed eyelids for 10 minutes
It is recommended to use your EyeBag twice a day for the first 2 weeks and then 3-4 times a week after this, but adjust according to the severity of your symptoms. The EyeBag should be replaced after 6 months use.
