SOS Menstrual Pain Plasters relieve cramping menstrual pain with their pleasant and well-tolerated warmth. They contain a mixture of activated carbon and iron powder that slowly heats up on contact with oxygen. The patches provide gentle, natural and even heat for at least 12 hours. The menstrual pain plasters are applied to the outside of clothing or underwear in the abdomen and/or lower back area.
The beneficial effects of heat: Heat is a proven method for cramps and pain. Long-term and deep heat has the property of relaxing cramped muscles. For menstrual cramps, heat can relieve symptoms such as pain and cramps in the abdomen and lower back.

• Open the sachet with the menstrual pain plaster by hand (do not cut it) and remove the plaster. The menstrual pain patch is air activated. Therefore, only open the sachet when the patch is to be used.
• Carefully remove the protective film.
• Stick the period pain patch with the sticky side on the outside of your clothing or underwear over the painful area. After use, slowly peel off the patch.
• After opening the sachet, the period pain patch is activated within 1 minute and warms up within 5 minutes.

Since plasters can cause burns even at low temperatures, please read the instructions for use before use and keep the package insert for future reference. Monitor the scope regularly. So that there is no risk of burns forming:

Never apply the menstrual pain plaster directly to the skin, but always apply it to underwear or clothing from the outside! Allow air to circulate over the period pain patch and do not apply pressure, for example by lying on the patch or wearing a tight belt/clothing over the patch. Do not use the period pain patch on very thin fabric (e.g. pantyhose or lace underwear) where the skin could come into direct contact with the patch. 

If the period pain patch becomes uncomfortably hot or a skin rash develops, stop using it immediately. The period pain patch should only be used with careful supervision on people who are unable to remove the product themselves, such as people with physical disabilities. Do not use on the same spot for more than 12 hours in any 24 hour period. The menstrual pain plaster is only to be used in the abdomen and lower back area and is only intended for external use. If symptoms persist or worsen, see a doctor. who cannot remove the product themselves, such as people with physical disabilities, can only be done with careful supervision.

SOS Menstrual Pain Plasters must not be used:
in children up to 12 years of age; during sleep; used on an area where redness, inflammation, skin cracks/bruises or skin irritation is present; in connection with creams, rubs, sprays or lotions applied to the skin; in connection with or near other heat sources; in bedridden patients and patients with a tendency to the formation of skin ulcers; in people with a tendency to allergic skin reactions to medicines or cosmetics.

SOS menstrual pain plasters must not:
burned, kneaded, cut, folded or torn; microwaved or otherwise attempted to reheat the period pain patch; come into contact with water or other liquid. Do not use on thin or delicate fabrics as the adhesive could cause damage.

The ingredients can be harmful if swallowed or come in direct contact with skin or eyes:
