Ingredients:
standardized extract from the seeds of flax (Linum usitatissimum L. extr.) - 100 mg (equivalent to 20 mg of lignans),
extract of sabal palm fruit (Serenoa repens extr.) - 130 mg
standardized extract of nettle root (radix urticae extr.) - 230 mg
vitamin E - 5 mg zinc - 7.5 mg selenium - 25 mcg.

Action:
Extract of flax (Linum usitatissimum L.) is a rich source of lignans, showing a beneficial effect on the prostate gland by acting on an enzyme called 5 alpha - reductase. This enzyme regulates the conversion of testosterone (male sex hormone) into dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which stimulates the growth and division of cells of the prostate gland.
Excerpt from the palm fruit sabal (Serenoa repens extr.)
