DiosMax 1000 mg is a non-prescription drug, indicated for the treatment of symptoms occurring in chronic venous insufficiency in the lower limbs, such as: swelling, fatigue, pain and heaviness in the legs, burning, night cramps and widening of very small veins (so-called "spiders"); symptomatic treatment of varicose veins of the lower limbs, exacerbation of symptoms associated with anal varicose veins (hemorrhoids).

DiosMax 1000 is a drug containing micronized diosmin. Diosmin increases the tone and elasticity of venous vessels and has a protective effect on the vessels. It reduces the permeability of blood vessel walls, which contributes to the improvement of venous circulation. It increases lymphatic drainage, intensifies peristalsis (movements) of lymph vessels and lymph flow, and improves blood return from the venous system and reduces venous stasis and/or hypertension in the lower limbs. Diosmin also reduces the permeability of small blood vessels - reduces inflammation, especially in perivenous inflammation. By restoring the proper permeability of the capillaries, it reduces the susceptibility to breaking of small blood vessels.

Diosmin in micronized form 1000 mg, tablet core (microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, polyvinyl alcohol, magnesium stearate, colloidal anhydrous silica), Opadry II Clear coating (polyvinyl alcohol, macrogol 3350, talc).
