Areas of application:

Duration of use?
The duration of use depends on the type of symptoms and/or the course of the disease. General duration of treatment: 1-2 weeks.

If the drug is used as described, no overdose symptoms are known. If large amounts are accidentally swallowed, contact a doctor immediately.

Forgot application?
Continue the application as normal (i.e. not with double the amount) at the next prescribed time.

Mode of action:
How does the ingredient in the drug work?

The active ingredient has blood-thinning, anticoagulant properties and supports the breakdown of blood clots. Other metabolic products that have escaped into the muscle tissue as a result of blunt injuries, for example, are also removed more quickly. This reduces swelling, eliminates bruising faster and reduces inflammation.

Contraindications:
What speaks against an application?

- Hypersensitivity to the ingredients
- Open wounds

What about pregnancy and breastfeeding?
- Pregnancy: According to current knowledge, the medicine has no harmful effects on the development of your child or the birth.
- Breast-feeding: According to current knowledge, there are no indications that the drug should not be used during breast-feeding.

If you have been prescribed the drug despite a contraindication, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. The therapeutic benefit can be higher than the risk that the use entails in the event of a contraindication.

Side effects:
What side effects can occur?

Only side effects that have only occurred in exceptional cases so far are described for the drug.

- Be careful if you are allergic to pork protein!
- Be careful if you are allergic to the preservative sorbic acid (E number E 200, E 201, E 202, E 203)!
- Be careful if you are allergic to emulsifiers (e.g. cetostearyl alcohol)!
- Be careful if you are allergic to paraffin!
