VENOTREX 0.2 x 64 capsules varicose veins and hemorrhoids
Venotrex contains troxerutin - a substance commonly used in the formulations aids the venous circulation of the lower limbs. Venotrex, is indicated for the prevention of varicose veins and hemorrhoids, as a preparation alleviating swelling and inflammation.
VENOTREX varicose veins and hemorrhoids Ingredients:
1 hard capsule of the drug VENOTREX 200 mg hard capsule contains as active ingredient 200 mg of troxerutin (Ob-hydroksyetylorutozydy) and excipients: lactose monohydrate, potato starch, sodium lauryl sulfate, colloidal anhydrous silica.
Each hard capsule:
erythrosine (E127), sunset yellow (E110), titanium dioxide (E171), gelatin.
VENOTREX varicose veins and hemorrhoids Action:
It exerts a protective effect on capillaries, restores their flexibility and reduces the permeability of the plasma. Working anticoagulation compared to platelets and red blood cells, red blood cells increases the ability to deform, thereby improving tissue perfusion. After oral administration, maximum blood levels achieved after 1-9 h. T 0.5 is 10-18 h. Excretes in the urine and bile.
VENOTREX varicose veins and hemorrhoids Indications: Disorders of venous circulation and lymphatic systems, especially in the lower limbs (varicose veins, states przedżylakowe, swelling and inflammation of the skin associated with varicose veins, thrombophlebitis), hemorrhoids.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the drug. No data on possible adverse effect of the drug on the fetus and newborn breastfed (Cat. B by FDA).
Undesirable effects: Very rare (0.5%) gastrointestinal disorders, paroxysmal facial flushing, headaches or hives, which occurs only in sensitive individuals.
VENOTREX varicose veins and hemorrhoids Dosage: Oral: 2 capsules. 200 mg 3 times daily for 7-10 days or 1 caps. 300 mg 4 times daily for 6-8 days. In maintenance therapy, usually lasting 20-30 days - 2 capsules. 200 mg 2 times daily or 1 caps. 300 mg 3 times a day. It is preferable to take the drug with food. The capsule should be swallowed whole while eating.
