Vegan egg substitute, gluten-free & vegan according to ARCHE standard

ARCHE VegEgg is THE vegan alternative to eggs. With this versatile and economical vegan egg substitute, you don't have to do without the dough-loosening and binding properties of eggs. Simply mixed with cold water, you can use Bio VegEgg in many recipes such as sponge cakes, waffles, pancakes, casseroles and gratins. VegEgg is not suitable for preparing egg dishes such as scrambled eggs.

Preparation:
Mix 1 slightly heaped tablespoon (approx. 7.5 g) of VegEgg with 30 ml of cold water, leave to soak for 5 minutes and stir well again. You can use the mixed VegEgg in recipes such as egg. 1 tablespoon of VegEgg is equivalent to one egg.
