algae power bar, is now available solo as a powder in a 200g family pack. Our high-quality barley grass juice powder offers concentrated vital substances. The vital substances from 24 kg of fresh organic barley grass are found
in 1 kg of barley grass juice powder after juicing and gentle drying below 40°C.

This impresses with, among other things, its high content** of iron (26.6%*), zinc (26%*) and folic acid (vitamin B9) (39%*) based on 2 teaspoons (2g each) daily.
Ideal as or in a smoothie, over muesli, simply mix with water or low-acid fruit juice.

With the introduction of health claims, we have changed this strategy.
Such a claim is only possible if a certain amount, e.g. ß-carotene, is achieved even with the smallest recommended daily amount.

In order to be able to give you the best possible guidance with the help of the permitted health claims, we have only given maximum recommended consumption. Since our products are (functional) foods, these amounts can of course be undercut as desired, and in times of high stress they can usually be exceeded.
