NatuGena Calcium & Magnesium is a specially developed food supplement that combines the essential minerals calcium and magnesium in an ideal combination. These two minerals contribute to normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones.
Recommended dosage:
5 capsules once daily. It is best to take them at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or alternatively with half a freshly squeezed lemon.
