Vitaplex Glycine Powder is a free amino acid. It is an indispensable protein building block and is involved in a number of different metabolic processes such as the synthesis of glutathione, creatinine, choline and hemoglobin.
High concentrations are found, for example, in collagen, which consists of 30% glycine. As the most important connective tissue protein, collagen is responsible for the tensile strength of articular cartilage, tendons, bones, skin and blood vessels.
