Molybdenum is a little-known trace element that is involved in the natural metabolism of sulfur-containing amino acids in the human organism. Since molybdenum cannot be produced by the body itself, it is one of the essential trace elements that must be regularly supplied through the diet.
Molybdenum should be taken between meals (60 minutes before) as other micronutrients and food components can interfere with absorption.

Take 1 capsule once daily. It is best consumed at least 60 minutes before a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm
water or alternatively with half a freshly squeezed lemon.
