Myrrh is the name given to the resin of the myrrh tree or bush (Commiphora myrrha), which is obtained by cutting the trunks and branches and drying them to resin.

Myrrh is one of the oldest known plants in use and is mentioned in many places in the Bible. Myrrh was a very precious gift, especially for the Three Wise Men from the East.

Myrrh is also described in the Vedic scriptures; the Indian word is “Guggul”.

Ingredients per daily recommendation (1 - 2 capsules):

Myrrh Guggul (2.5% Guggulsterone) 450 - 900 mg

Ingredients: Myrrh (Guggul), capsule shell hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose*

Recommended intake: 

Adults 1 - 2 capsules per day with sufficient liquid.
