200 mg of pure, special sodium R-alpha-lipoic acid without additives in the capsule filling. The body only contains natural R-alpha-lipoic acid.
R-alpha-lipoic acid according to Dr. med. Michalzik is present in the valuable sodium R-lipoate form. It is the sodium salt of R-alpha-lipoic acid. Alpha-lipoic acid is fat and water soluble and a substance that occurs naturally in the body. The human organism can produce (synthesize) alpha-lipoic acid from the amino acid cysteine ​​and fatty acids, but only in small quantities.

Sodium-R-Alpha-Lipoate 200 mg
 

Ingredients: Sodium R-Alpha Lipoate, capsule material Hydroxy-Propyl-Methyl-Cellulose (made from vegetable cellulose)

Recommended intake: 

Adults: 1 capsule 30 minutes before meals or 2 hours after meals (or as directed by your therapist). In case of heartburn, take after meals.
