The combination of these substances contributes to reducing sleep time, easier adaptation of the body after traveling with changing time zones, has a positive effect on the central nervous system, reducing its excitability. Contributes to maintaining normal mental function, reducing feeling of fatigue and tiredness. Contributes to maintaining a relaxed state of the central nervous system.

ABO RUE for soothing and improving sleep Recommended intake:
To keep the central nervous system calm - 2 capsules 1-3 times a day with liquid without chewing; To reduce sleep time in the evening - 2 capsules about 1 hour before bedtime with liquid without chewing.
