ACC optima Action:
The drug belongs to the group preparations antitussive. It has acetylcysteine, which is a derivative of cysteine. This substance is responsible for liquefying the mucus and facilitating its expectoration from the respiratory tract. The mechanism of action involves cleavage of the acetyl-cysteine di sulphide bonds in the chain mucopolysaccharide chains and causing depolymerization of deoxyribonucleic acid, therefore there are limitations to stickiness discharge.
Indications ACC optima:
It is recommended to use the product during the treatment of acute and long-term respiratory diseases running with abundant and sticky bronchial secretions.
ACC optima Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to ingredients
- active gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer
- Acute asthma
- limited ability coughing mucus
- breast feeding
- age under 14 years of age
For oral use in adults and adolescents over 14 years of age at a dose of 600 mg x 1/24 after reconstitution with 125 ml of water.
