- ACTISEPT in the form of a cream is a product that works on the basis of iodinated povidone, showing a broad antiseptic properties - fights bacteria, fungi and viruses. This prevents skin infections.
Composition:
1 g of cream contains 100 mg of iodinated povidone ( Povidonum iodinatum).
Action:
The cream contains povidone-iodine, which on contact with the skin is slowly decomposed to precipitate free iodine. Primarily it acts as a disinfectant and thus prevent the development of skin infections (including vaginal infections and infections of the oral cavity). Its properties include bacteria, viruses and fungi.
Contraindications:
- allergic to ingredients
- deep wounds and burns
- thyroid disease
- renal failure
- concomitant use of products containing lithium
- age less than 2 years
Indications:
The preparation is recommended to be used for cleansing wounds of the skin and of the mucous membranes (from trauma, before surgery), and primary and secondary infections, local skin caused by bacteria, fungi and viruses.
Dosage:
Lubricate the site of injury with a thin layer of cream, repeat step x 1-2 / 24 for no longer than a period of 14 days.
