The strain 35624 ® belongs to the family of bacteria that occur naturally in the human intestine and are passed on from mother to child at birth.

The use of Alflorex ® for irritable bowel syndrome is simple:
Take 1 capsule of Alflorex ® daily for irritable bowel syndrome for a period of at least 4 weeks. Alflorex ®for irritable bowel syndrome can be taken at any time of the day regardless of meals. Take the capsule whole with sufficient liquid (e.g. with a glass of water or milk instead of acidic beverages such as fruit juice).
