For a hand bath, add half a lid of alkaline bath to a bowl of water.

Special recommendation for all-round relaxation with all the senses
We recommend adding 10 to 15 drops of essential oils and rose petals to the bath water, so you can pamper your senses while your muscles relax.
Tip:
Take a bath in the evening for particularly supple skin: In the evening, an alkaline bath is the optimal support if the skin is not moisturized afterwards.
