AMPHETAMINE STRIP Drug test strip to detect the presence of amphetamine in urine 1 pc.
The AMPHETAMINE Strip is a convenient drug test strip that detects the presence of amphetamine in the urine of the tested individual.
The test result is reliable in over 99% of cases. Detection of the drug using the AMPHETAMINE Strip is possible within 1-3 days of amphetamine ingestion.
The test package includes instructions for use and one diagnostic strip, which, along with one desiccant, is packaged in a sealed aluminum envelope. A watch is required to perform urine sample analysis.
The test is performed by dipping the test strip into urine collected in a dry, clean container for approximately 10-15 seconds. Results are read in less than 5 minutes after immersion.
Diagnostic reliability lasts for up to 15 minutes from the time the test is contacted with the sample. After this time, the results cannot be correctly interpreted.
The test is based on an immunological reaction, where amphetamine detected in the urine reacts with the active substances pre-applied to the test strip. If a positive result is obtained, meaning the presence of the drug in the body is detected, only one test line will appear on the strip.
The AMPHETAMINE Strip allows for a fully reliable diagnostic test for amphetamine at home.
Noticeable signs of possible drug use include hyperactivity, nervousness, dilated pupils that react poorly to light, mood swings, insomnia, and, with long-term use, significant weight loss.
How to perform the test?
Performing the test with the AMPHETAMINE Strip is quick and easy. To perform the test correctly, collect a fresh urine sample at any time of day. The sample should be collected in a dry, clean container. If a current test is not possible, the urine can be stored for up to 48 hours at a temperature between 2 and 8°C. Remember to remove it from the refrigerator and bring it to room temperature before performing the test.
Before performing the test, open the foil envelope.
Remove the test from the package. Be sure to hold it by the top and avoid touching the remaining parts.
Discard the desiccant contained in the package
. Begin the test by slowly dipping the test strip into the urine sample. Be careful not to exceed the MAX line. After 15 seconds, remove the strip and place it on a flat surface.
Wait 5 minutes and read the results from the test strip at the end of the time.
Results interpreted after 15 minutes will be unreliable and should not be taken into account. A visible sign of this is a change in the intensity of the lines or the appearance of additional lines.
Interpretation of Test Results:
The entire test is based on an immunological reaction involving amphetamine present in urine and the active substances contained in the test (a colored amphetamine conjugate and an anti-amphetamine antibody conjugate with colloidal gold). The result is presented as colored lines on the test strip.
Negative Result:
Two colored lines appear – in the test zone T and the control zone C. The intensity of the first line may vary, but its appearance alone indicates the absence of drugs in the patient's urine.
Positive Result
: A single colored line appears in the control zone C, while the test zone T remains unchanged. The result indicates the detection of drugs in the patient's urine.
Invalid
Result : Failure of both lines to appear, or the appearance of only a line in the test zone T, indicates an invalid test result. In such a situation, the test should be repeated using a new AMFETAMINE Strip kit and following the instructions.
