How many capsules should be taken?
We recommend a maintenance dose of 2 ANTHOGENOL® capsules daily, but 2 to 4 capsules can be taken daily. The recommended daily dosage must not be exceeded. ANTHOGENOL® is not a substitute for a healthy and varied diet. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, please consult your doctor before taking ANTHOGENOL®.
When should ANTHOGENOL® be taken?
ANTHOGENOL® can be taken with meals. However, it is recommended that ANTHOGENOL® be taken on an empty stomach or between meals with a glass of fruit juice or water. If possible, do not take ANTHOGENOL® at the same time as protein-rich foods such as milk. Make sure you drink enough water throughout the day.
