Always use Anti Brumm® Forte sparingly and only outdoors or in well-ventilated areas. Avoid contact with the eyes, wounds and mucous membranes. For use on the face, spray a small amount of Anti Brumm® Forte on the palms of the hands and carefully distribute it on the face. Avoid the mouth and eye area. In children from 3 years of age, Anti Brumm® Forte should always be used by an adult.

Can I use Anti Brumm® Forte several times a day? I want to take the product with me on a long hike and I usually sweat a lot.
