The herbal medicinal product Apetiherb is indicated for use in the case of anorexia. The syrup contains an extract of herbs, which are the source of bitter compounds. The drug is intended for use in adults and children over 3 years of age.

Composition of Apetiherb syrup, anorexia symptoms

Active substance: liquid extract (1: 2) composed of Achillea millefolium L. herba (yarrow herb), Marrubium vulgare L. herba (shanties herb), Melissa officinalis L. folium (lemon balm leaf) and Foeniculum vulgare Mill. fructus (fennel fruit) (3/2/3/2) - 15g per 100g of the medicinal product, extractant: purified water. Excipients: sucrose, purified water, orange concentrate 2578 (natural orange juice, water), sodium benzoate (E 211).

Apetiherb is a syrup that is indicated in the case of anorexia. The active substances contained in it increase the secretion of gastric juice, which causes appetite. The drug can be used in children over 3 years of age and adults.

Store the product out of reach of children, at room temperature. It is recommended to protect against moisture and light. Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding: consult a doctor before use, but the drug should not be used during this period. The drug contains sucrose (about 12g of sucrose in 15ml) - people with intolerance to certain sugars should consult a doctor before using the syrup.

Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the drug. Do not use under 3 years of age. Do not use if you are allergic to plants from the Asteracae / Compositae family, e.g. chamomile, calendula.

Side effects:
Some people may experience side effects while taking the drug. Not known: disorders of the skin and subcutaneous tissue (allergic skin reactions); disorders of the respiratory system, thoracic and mediastinum (allergic respiratory reactions).

Dosage of anorexia symptoms Apetiherb syrup:

Use as directed by your doctor or as directed on the leaflet. In adults: use 15 ml 3-4 times a day. In children and adolescents from 6 to 18 years of age: use 5 ml 2-3 times a day. In children from 3 to 6 years of age: use 2.5 ml twice a day. Measure the syrup with the measuring cup attached to the package. Administration in children: the syrup should be diluted in a little water or weak tea. Use the drug about 30 minutes before a meal. If there is no improvement or worsening after 10 days of using the drug, you should contact your doctor.
