LCP Milupan® (long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids)
GOS/FOS (patented fiber blend)

In addition, Aptamil Pre is ready to drink and just as runny as breast milk. With the only carbohydrate lactose and the low protein content, the baby food is well tolerated, which is particularly important in the first few weeks and months after birth. So that your child feels good right from the start and can develop according to their age!

How is Aptamil first milk, baby food prepared?

Aptamil Pre is an infant milk formula that can be given from birth as the sole liquid or added to the diet. It is suitable until the end of the bottle age, whereby the amount (like breast milk) depends on your baby's needs. When preparing it, it is important that you follow the manufacturer's instructions exactly, because incorrect preparation of baby food can, in the worst case, have health consequences. Therefore, proceed as follows:

Boil fresh drinking water and let it cool down to approx. 40 °C. Pour about 2/3 of the required amount of water into the bottle.
Measure the required amount of powder precisely using the measuring spoon and wipe off the spoon on the scraper.
Put the powder in the bottle, close it and shake vigorously. Then add the remaining amount of water and shake again.
Open bottle and attach teat. Check the contents of the bottle for drinking temperature (approx. 37 °C).

100 ml ready-to-drink food is made from 13.6 g milk powder and 90 ml drinking water. Aptamil Pronutra™ Pre is fed according to the needs of the infant, however the following table provides some guidelines:

1st week (5-7 bottle meals daily): 70ml ready-to-drink food each (60ml drinking water + 2 measuring spoons)
2nd week (6 bottle meals daily): 100ml ready-to-drink food each (90ml drinking water + 3 measuring spoons)
3rd-4th week (5-6 bottle meals daily): 130ml ready-to-drink food (120ml drinking water + 4 measuring spoons)
