Each purely vegetarian astaxanthin capsule contains 6 mg of pure astaxanthin from the green algae Haematococcus pluvialis as well as the antioxidant vitamins C and E, which
complement the astaxanthin synergistically. Vitamins C and E help protect cells from oxidative stress. The raw material for manufacturing the capsule shell is obtained from vegetable cellulose and is gelatin-free.

ASTAXANTHIN 6 mg, blue green algae, Haematococcus pluvialis Recommended dosage:

Consume 1 capsule daily about 10 minutes before a meal with sufficient liquid. A pack of astaxanthin capsules lasts for 4 months.
