Astaxanthin belongs to the group of carotenoids. These natural plant pigments are responsible for the colors in vegetables and fruits.
Recommended dosage:
1 capsule once daily. It is best to take it at least 15 minutes after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water.
