Ingredients Jan Medicinal Water:
The water comes from Zdrój Jana, located at the foot of the northern part of Góra Parkowa in Krynica-Zdrój, on the Janówka Glade.
Total mineral content: 587.70mg/l. Anions: bicarbonate - 329.50mg/l, chloride - 51.50mg/l, sulfate - 39.75mg/l. Cations: calcium - 103.30mg/l, magnesium - 16.70mg/l, sodium - 15.76mg/l, potassium - 1.60mg/l.

Hypoosmotic bicarbonate-calcium sorrel containing chlorides with a strong diuretic effect. Jan Medicinal water is indicated for use in the treatment of kidney stones. It supports the treatment of atherosclerosis and diabetes, and is perfect for urological problems, kidney and urinary tract diseases. Jan Medicinal water helps prevent the formation of kidney stones, flushes out deposits, prevents urinary tract infections and protects against the recurrence of stones. Water helps lower cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Minerals are dissolved in the water and support the maintenance of water and electrolyte balance.

Jan Medicinal water intended for use in crenotherapy in the case of kidney and urinary tract diseases, obesity, diabetes, hyperthyroidism and osteoporosis. For use in inhalations and rinses in the case of chronic allergic rhinitis of the upper respiratory tract, periodontitis and atrophic mucosal rhinitis.

You should not eat raw vegetables and fruits an hour before drinking water. Treatment – should be used strictly according to the doctor's instructions. As a preventive measure: use approximately 500-700 ml (in individual cases more) three times a day, drink water 30-45 minutes before meals. Water at the same temperature as the outlet should be drunk slowly, in small sips. Heating water may cause it to lose its biochemical properties. Jan water can be used in combination with Zuber water in a 1:1 ratio in the treatment of hyperacid catarrh or in a 1:3 ratio in diseases of the gallbladder, liver, pancreas and metabolic disorders. Combination of Zuber and Jan waters - drink slightly warmed in a water bath (about 40 degrees C), this way you can reduce the carbon dioxide content in the water, thus avoiding irritation of the mucous membranes and intensifying the choleretic and cholagogenic effect.
