Recommended consumption:
1. Two sachets per day (e.g. 1 sachet each morning and evening).
2. Add the contents of one sachet to breast milk, baby food or another children's drink (at least 30ml), swirl or stir gently and feed immediately. The powder dissolves best when added to the drink while stirring gently.
