Indication :
- The medicine is a bronchosecretolytic (medicine for loosening mucus in respiratory diseases with viscous mucus).
- It is used for expectorant treatment in acute and chronic diseases of the bronchi and lungs with viscous mucus.
Dosage :
- Always take this medicine exactly as described or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. If you are not sure, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

The dosage is based on the information in the table below.

Adults and adolescents over 14 years
- 16 - 33 drops 3 times daily (corresponding to 24 - 48 mg bromhexine hydrochloride daily)

Children and adolescents between 6 and 14 years of age and patients weighing less than 50 kg
- 16 drops 3 times daily (equivalent to 24 mg bromhexine hydrochloride daily)

Children from 2 to 6 years
- 8 drops 3 times daily (equivalent to 12 mg bromhexine hydrochloride daily)

Adults and adolescents over 14 years
- In case of impaired renal function or severe liver disease, this medicine should be taken at longer intervals or in a reduced dose. Please ask your doctor about this.

Duration of application
