1 capsule contains 160mg of poul type II hydrolysed collagen with no supplements of carriers and fillers, 30mg of chondroitin sulphate 10mg 1% hyaluronic acid

Collagen binds water and thanks to that makes the tissue resilient, firm and well moisturized.
