Colostrum is the milk that every mammal (including humans) is supplied with during the first 24 hours after birth. Colstrum is prepared particularly gently.

Colostrum (first cow's milk including lactose) degreased, decaseinated, freeze-dried (285 mg per capsule), capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, release agent: organic potato starch, water.

Take one capsule with liquid before each meal. 3 capsules a day. Since colostrum is sensitive to heat, consume hot liquids at different times for a few minutes.
