Count Boost (COUNT BUST) is a multivitamin complex, antioxidant and herbal stimulant for men, designed to increase sperm count.
Who is Count Boost for?
Count Boost is intended for men who have been found to have a reduced sperm count.
According to the World Health Organization, "reduced sperm count" occurs when the number of sperm is less than 20 million in 1 ml of semen.
Count Boost Composition:
Count Boost is a combination of vitamins, antioxidants and plant ingredients that have been studied and shown to increase sperm count.
Composition of 2 capsules (daily dose):
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 500 mg
Riboflavin 15 mg
Niacin (inosinol hexanicotinate) 25 mg NE
Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 50 mcg
Patented mixture - poppy root, d-ribose, standardized extract of Indian ginseng root (ashwagandha) up to 2.5% alkaloids, ginseng root (panax ginseng), couch seed extract (mucuna pruriens) standardized up to 40% l- dopa, coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone), l-reduced glutathione- 850 mg.
Excipients: fillers - cellulose, rice flour, anti-caking agent - magnesium stearate, hardener - silicon dioxide.
Coenzyme Q-10 (CoQ10): Coenzyme Q10 is an antioxidant found in semen and semen plasma. Numerous studies confirm that the number of sperm is closely related to the level of coenzyme Q10. And most importantly, studies report that taking coenzyme Q10 increases sperm density and motility and increases the percentage of sperm with normal morphology.
Reduced L-glutathione : In addition to protecting sperm from free radicals and increasing motility, studies in men with infertility have shown that reduced L-glutathione is important for increasing the concentration of healthy sperm in semen, as well as for improving cell membrane characteristics.
Vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin : A number of studies in men with low sperm count (oligospermia) and even those with unmeasurable numbers (azospermia) have shown that taking methylcobalamin can significantly increase sperm levels.
Vitamin C: Studies have shown that increased vitamin C intake is associated with higher average sperm counts. In a study of men with reduced sperm counts between the ages of 25 and 35 who took 1,000 mg of vitamin C twice a day for 2 months, the results showed that sperm count and motility increased significantly after a course of reception.
Couch (Mucuna Pruriens ): Studies show that couch has a beneficial effect on several of the parameters of semen. Studies with animal models have shown that Kavcha increases the number of sperm, their vitality and motility and reduces the number of sperm with impaired morphology. This herb can also help reduce reactive oxygen species and fat peroxidation, DNA damage, and disrupt chromosome integrity and mitochondrial membrane permeability.
Winter cherry (Withania Somnifera ): Winter cherries have been shown in studies to increase both sperm count and motility. It can also reduce oxidative stress by increasing the levels of antioxidants and vitamins A, C and E in the seminal plasma.
Maca: Maca is a traditional herb used in medicine to increase fertility and libido. It grows at high altitudes in the mountain forests of Peru and Bolivia (in the Andes). The poppy plant contains a combination of sterols, tannins, alkaloids and saponins, which have a synergistic effect. Improves fertility by increasing the quality of sperm - more, healthier and more active sperm.
Ginseng (Panax Ginseng ): Studies show that the roots of ginseng, a traditional Chinese herb, induces spermatogenesis and helps increase sperm count and motility.
Ribose: Ribose is a monosaccharide composed of 5 carbon atoms (pentose). Provides the necessary raw material for the synthesis of RNA and DNA nucleotides, as well as basic cellular components such as ATP. Adequate amounts of ribose are essential for energy production, and the presence of ribose determines the rate at which these nucleotides are made by cells. Poly-ADP-ribose polymerase (PARP) is a DNA repair enzyme that also plays a role in apoptosis. PARP is present in male germ cells and in particular during stage VII of spermatogenesis. The PARP content is higher in the sperm of proven fertile men. PARP is activated by the DNA strand and breaks down due to oxidative stress, chromatin remodeling, or cell death. High PARP has been found in mature sperm and in proven fertile men.
It is recommended to be taken together with Fertile for men.
