Xylamine® is a supplementary balanced diet for the treatment of nutrient deficiencies due to maldigestion (digestive disorders) and malabsorption (impaired absorption of vital nutrients), especially in chronic inflammatory bowel diseases such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.

Xylamine® contains the polyunsaturated fatty acids a-linolenic acid (ALA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K. The patented carrier system ensures that the ingredients can be optimally absorbed and utilized.

Xylamine® was specially developed for use in the remission phase.

Taking Xylamin® is not a substitute, but a sensible, natural supplement to drug therapy. Therefore, it should only be done under medical supervision.

Recommended Crohn's disease, malabsorption, inflammatory bowel disease, ulcerative colitis, XYLAMINE dosage:

Take 3 x 2 capsules of FS-ADEK daily with each meal with a glass of water. If pronounced fatty stools (recurrence) occur, 3 x 3 capsules per day are recommended. After the clinical picture has improved (remission), a reduction to 3 x 2 capsules per day is recommended after consultation with the doctor treating you.

Important information on dietary treatment with Xylamine®.
Because of the vitamin K content, there can be interactions with anticoagulants of the coumarin type and acetylsalicylic acid, and because of the combination of vitamin E with alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), bleeding times can be prolonged. We recommend consulting your doctor before taking it. Persistent and regular use is a prerequisite for the success of the therapy. As a biological system, Xylamin® is well tolerated and has a lasting effect. The intake should be coordinated with the doctor as part of the overall therapy.

Perilla oil (39.2 g), gelatine (pork/beef), fish oil concentrate (14.0 g), D-alpha-tocopherol (5.5 g), humectant glycerin, medium-chain triglycerides (C6 - C10, 5.5 g), humectant sorbitol syrup, coloring iron oxides, vegetable oils (peanut), vitamin A palmitate (67 mg), phytomenadione (2.2 mg), cholecalciferol (0.2 mg). Gluten and lactose free.
