Curcumin K2 - the powerful combination
In the phospholipid complex, curcumin is 29 times more bioavailable than conventional curcumin. The patented curcumin (Meriva®) was tested in over 30 studies with more than 2000 participants.
The vitamin K2 (long-chain menaquinone) in curcumin K2 is double microencapsulated and therefore highly stable. The contained vitamins K1, K2 and D3 support the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D also contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
Without pepper extract / piperine
Curcumin is often offered in combination with piperine, an extract from black pepper. This should increase the bioavailability. However, piperine can lead to drug interactions (Gurley et al., 2012). Curcumin K2 achieves a high bioavailability even without the addition of piperine.
Consumption Curcumin d3 k2 recommendation:
Take 1–2 capsules daily with a meal.
