Consumption DARM ACTIV, inulin, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium lactis recommendation: Darm activ Dr. Wolz is a soluble, non-swelling dietary fiber product that can be stirred into cold drinks (e.g. a glass of non-carbonated water) or soft, cold food. Wolz to be increased slowly. Start with one measuring spoon (approx. 6 g) and individually increase the daily amount, eg one more spoon every week, until you feel the optimal effect. The daily recommendation is 3 level measuring spoons (= 19 g), which you add to 200 ml of liquid of your choice or 200 g of soft food and stir well until the powder has dissolved. Too rapid an increase can lead to flatulence, since the colon flora has not yet adapted to Darm activ Dr. Wolz adjusted.
