The active substance of Depremin contains the dry extract of St. John's wort (612 mg per tablet). It is a herbal drug that is indicated for short-term use in the treatment of symptoms associated with mild depressive disorder.

Composition of dry extract of St. John's wort, Depremin:

Active substance: dry extract of St. John's wort (Hyperici herbae extractum siccum quantificatum). One film-coated tablet contains 612 mg of extract (in the form of a dry, quantified extract) from Hypericum perforatum L., herba (St. John's wort) (DER primary 3-6: 1), which corresponds to: 0.6-1.8 mg of the sum of hypericins in terms of hypericin, 36.72-91.80 mg of the sum of flavonoids in terms of routine, no more than 36.72 mg of hyperforin. Extraction solvent: ethanol 60% (V / V). The excipients are: colloidal anhydrous silica, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, coating mixture Opadry II 85F32410 yellow (polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide, macrogol 3350, talc, iron oxide yellow (E 172)).

The herbal medicinal product Depremin contains the dry extract of St. John's wort. Each tablet contains 612 mg of active substance. The indications for the use of the drug are symptoms of mild depressive disorders. The preparation is intended for short-term use. Store the product out of reach of children at room temperature. It is recommended to protect against the effects of moisture and light. Exposure to intense ultraviolet radiation should be avoided during treatment. Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the drug. Do not use concurrently with drugs that reduce the transplant rejection reaction (cyclosporine, tacrolimus for systemic use), drugs used to treat HIV infection (amprenavir, indinavir and other protease inhibitors), anticancer drugs (irinotecan) and anticoagulants (warfarin).

Side effects:
Some people may experience side effects while taking the drug. Not known: gastrointestinal disorders, allergic skin reactions, fatigue and anxiety. People with fair skin may experience severe sunburn-like symptoms in the presence of intense sunlight.
