Dextose (87%), maltodextrin, magnesium carbonate, acidifier (citric acid), release agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), aroma, vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin B6. 

Recommended DEXTRO ENERGY tablet, Dextrose Tablets Sport  consumption in sports:

1 tablet (3.4 g each) every 15-20 minutes
