EFFECOL 3350 Junior is a medical device useful in chronic constipation, in children over 2 years and weighing over 10 kg. Due to its osmotic action it regulates intestinal peristalsis.
Each sachet contains: 6,563 g. Macrogol (polyethylene glycol) 3350.
EFFECOL JUNIOR 3350 SASHE Dosage and use:
Children from 2 to 6 years: 1 sachet (6,563 g) daily.
Children from 7 to 12 years: 2 sachets (6,563 g) per day.
Open the sachet and dissolve it in 62.5 ml (about half a glass) of water.
EFFECOL JUNIOR 3350 SASHE Storage conditions:
Store the product in a dry place away from heat and light sources.
Open the sachet immediately before use.
Do not use in case of damaged sachets.
Keep out of reach of children at room temperature (<25 ° C).
EFFECOL JUNIOR 3350 SASHE Warnings:
Do not take Evacol Junior in cases of intestinal stenosis or obstruction, perforation of the intestinal tract, inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis).
At the required doses for therapy, no side effects have been reported.
Occasionally, gastrointestinal disturbances, abdominal pain, nausea and mild diarrhea may occur.

To date, no drug interactions have been reported, but it is recommended that the product be taken at least 2 hours after taking other oral forms due to the osmotic action of macrogol.
