The right time to conceive, avoid stress, exercise - many couples wonder what they can do to achieve their desire to have children. An elementary building block is a healthy and balanced diet. By taking Elevit ^® 1, women can help meet their increased nutritional needs during this time - it is a specially formulated dietary supplement with folic acid, Metafolin ^® 1 , zinc and other valuable vitamins and minerals.

It is very easy to use: you only need to take one tablet a day with plenty of water. After four weeks, Elevit ^® 1 can achieve a preventive folate level in the blood that is considered necessary to minimize the risk of neural tube defects.

As the neural tube closes in the first month of pregnancy, you should start taking Elevit ^® 1 tablets at least four weeks before the planned pregnancy if you want to have children.

To further support the development of the embryo, you should take Elevit ^® 1 until the end of the 12th week of pregnancy and then on Elevit ^®2, which is adapted to the nutritional needs of advanced pregnancy.

Important for you to know: Elevit ^® 1 contains substances that can also be found in food - therefore, as with all foods, users should watch out for allergies and not use Elevit ^® 1 if they have a known intolerance or allergy. In addition, you should keep the product out of the reach of children and not above 25 degrees Celsius.
