
Erdomed Muko Product description:
It supports acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract (nose, paranasal sinuses, larynx, trachea, bronchi and lungs) with excessive mucus secretion.
Erdomed Muko Dosage:
Adults: 1 sack 2-3x / day;
Children over 12 years of age: 1 sachet 2x / day.
No dose adjustment is required for adults in COPD or in elderly patients.
The medicinal product should not be used in children under 2 years of age.
Erdomed Muko Ingredients:
1 sachet contains 225 mg of erdosteine (Erdosteinum).
Excipients with known effect 1 sachet contains 3.5 g of sucrose.
Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients listed in section 6.1, or to substances containing free SH groups.
- Liver dysfunction (e.g. increased serum alkaline phosphatase, increased serum transaminases).
- Renal failure (creatinine clearance <25 ml / min).
- Homocystinuria (erdosteine is partially metabolized to homocysteine and there are no data describing the administration of erdosteine in patients with inherited disorders of amino acid metabolism, especially in patients on a diet excluding methionine).
- Do not use in children under 12 years of age.
