Directions for use:
To prepare the bread you will need: a blend of Everyday Gluten Free Bread, yeast and water. Mix the packaging with the mixture and pour it into a casserole. Add 5g of dry yeast or 21g of fresh yeast to the powder. After thorough mixing, add 310ml of lukewarm water, then knead until smooth (about 10 minutes). The dough can be kneaded by hand or with the help of a mixer (slow speed). Put the dish with the dough into the oven, which must be pre-heated to a temperature of 35-40 deg. After about 20 minutes, remove from the oven, slowly mix and put the whole mass into a mold or form rolls from it. Then leave to rise again in a warm place for 60 minutes. The bread should be baked for one hour at 200 ° C.
