- if you are or have been under medical treatment for an oestrogen-dependent tumour, you must not use the medicine without medical advice, since it is not known whether Cimicifuga rhizome extracts promote oestrogen-dependent tumours, or leave them unaffected.
- if you notice signs of liver damage (yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, upper abdominal pain, nausea, loss of appetite, tiredness). In this case, you should stop taking the preparation immediately and consult a doctor.
