The cocoa flavanol content is decisive for the health- promoting effect of a cocoa product. However, up to 98% of the flavanol content is lost in conventional cocoa processing.
The cocoa in Dr. Jacob's Flavochino is processed particularly gently. The valuable cocoa flavanols are preserved in this way. With the daily consumption of a serving of Flavochino you get over 200 mg of bioactive cocoa flavanols, which help to maintain the elasticity of the blood vessels and thus the normal circulation.
1 serving of Flavochino (15 g) provides 1092 mg of total polyphenols (as catechin equivalent), of which 255 mg are bioactive cocoa flavanols.
Healthy chocolate enjoyment in liquid form
Flavochino contains the minerals potassium and magnesium, which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Two servings of Flavochino provide enough choline (approx. 84 mg) from lecithin to support the maintenance of normal liver function and normal fat metabolism.
Flavochino has a share of over 50% high-quality cocoa powder and offers intense chocolate enjoyment! The cocoa is sweetened with the plant-derived sweetener xylitol, which is also known as birch sugar. Xylitol contains fewer calories than sugar - so you can enjoy it without worries.
FLAVOCHINO Cocoa Flavanols recipe idea: Nice Cream
Freeze 3 peeled and sliced bananas for about 2 hours. Let thaw for 10 minutes and mix with 1–3 tablespoons of water and 1–2 teaspoons of almond butter in a mixer to a smooth cream. Add 3 tablespoons of Flavochino, mix again and fold in 2 tablespoons of cocoa nibs.
Recommended FLAVOCHINO Cocoa Flavanols dosage:
15 g (about 3 teaspoons) Flavochino in about 50 ml of hot water to dissolve (preferably with a hand-frother). Then add 150 ml soy drink with calcium (hot or cold) and froth everything up well. Tip: Flavochino also tastes particularly delicious when prepared with an oat drink.
