FLEGAMINA chronic bronchitis Composition:
5ml of the syrup contains the active substance - 2 mg bromohexine hydrochloride
auxiliary substances - citric acid monohydrate, glucose, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, strawberry flavor, cochineal in the form of a 7.5% dye solution, purified water. The syrup does not contain alcohol.
FLEGAMINA chronic bronchitis Action: A synthetic derivative of vasocin alkaloid with strong mucolytic and expectorant activity. It dilutes thick secretions in the bronchi by depolymerisation of acidic polysaccharides. At the same time, it stimulates mucous glands to produce less sticky mucus. Facilitates the ciliary transport of secretions in the bronchi. Administered orally - well absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. T0.5 is 12 h. Excreted by the kidneys, mainly as metabolites. It crosses the blood-placental barrier and into breast milk.

FLEGAMINA chronic bronchitis Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the drug. Caution in diseases with bronchial hyperreactivity, peptic ulcer disease. Do not use the drug in the first trimester.
Dosage:
- Children from 6 months to 12 months of age: ½ teaspoon 2 to 3 times a day
- Children 1-2 years: 1 teaspoon twice a day
- Children 2 -5 years: 2 teaspoons 2 times a day
- Children 5-10 years: 2 teaspoons 3 times a day
- Children over 10 years: 1 tablespoon 3 times a day
